As a Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise Accounts at MelodyArc, you will lead efforts to drive revenue growth by strategically identifying and targeting potential enterprise customers through research, prospecting, and outreach. Leveraging your extensive network of executive connections across Fortune 500 retail companies, you will lead negotiations and close complex deal cycles. As the primary point of contact with new and existing clients, you will ensure their satisfaction and long-term success. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing tailored sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals, maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified prospects, creating compelling presentations, and collaborating with marketing to deliver effective sales campaigns. As a foundational member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining our sales motion and go-to-market strategies, setting the stage for future sales initiatives and the growth of our team.
Compensation
$225k-275k • Offers Equity • Offers Commission
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets.
- Proven experience managing a $1M+ quota and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and lead generation, including cold outreach, networking, and market research.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the AI landscape, including key players and emerging trends.
- In-depth knowledge of CX, SaaS and customer service solutions.
- Network and connections with C-Suite and executive level decision makers at Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience building GTM strategies, including establishing sales teams and processes in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
