This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive in India.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic enterprise sales within the education sector, focusing on complex, high-value solution selling across North India. You will play a key role in expanding market presence by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with educational institutions. This is a field-driven, consultative sales position that requires deep industry understanding and the ability to engage senior decision-makers. You will manage long and sophisticated sales cycles while building strong pipelines and delivering tailored solutions that address client needs. Operating in a fast-evolving EdTech environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer success. This role offers high visibility, ownership of a defined territory, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation in how education is delivered.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets within the assigned North India territory
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across the education sector
  • Manage complex, enterprise-level sales cycles ranging from 6 to 12 months
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities (50+ accounts)
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing solutions tailored to client needs
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers within educational institutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance, and professional services) to support deal progression
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure disciplined sales forecasting and reporting
  • Represent the organization at industry events, training sessions, and conferences
  • Requirements:

    • 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within EdTech, eLearning, or complex SaaS environments
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a solution-based selling role
    • Strong understanding of education sector dynamics and institutional decision-making processes
    • Experience managing long, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles
    • Ability to build and maintain large, structured sales pipelines
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to design tailored solutions based on client needs
    • Highly collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
    • Willingness to travel 50%+ as required
    • Fluent in English
