Partner with the best

The Sr Sales Manager develops strategic accounts for service contracts on turbomachinery equipment throughout the US. This person will leads business development planning processes for this market.

As a Sr Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing strategic relationships with customers in all segments of the O&G industry (upstream, midstream, downstream)
  • Assigning and maintaining detailed account plans for key accounts
  • Communicate customer requirements to the organization and ensure bidding and order processing is activated and followed through to a timely conclusion
  • Being involved during the bidding process and support the proposals and project / operations organizations to ensure that quotations are of high quality, timely and meet customer requirements
  • Proactively involved in any events that require action to resolve technical and commercial issues
  • Being responsible for forecasting customer requirements and maintain a current forecast through the marketing and forecasting database, Deal Machine
  • Represent Baker Hughes at industry tradeshows and events, securing market intelligence and driving originations efforts
  • Being fully conversant with Company EHS policies and procedures and always behave in a manner that exceed EHS requirements

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 5+ yrs experience in Sales/Operations.
  • Successful experience in customer facing role in operating environment
  • Relevant exposure in anticipating customer requirements and maintaining financial forecasting.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills and ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to map customer priorities and translate into a competitive offering
