Senior Sales Manager
Job Description
The US Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and closing opportunities across all industrial sectors
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Develop short-term and long-term US plan to maximize sales
- Develop broad and strategic customer relationships at all levels
- Continually grow the qualified pipeline in the US
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop winning customer proposals
- Leadership within the capture team
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and opportunity reports
- Utilize our CRM system to enable efficient collaboration on all opportunities
- Represent the broader North America region as needed, internally and outward-facing
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Experience of sales or business development experience within the Energy industry, ideally including fields such as Chemical, Process, Oil & Gas, and Power.
- The qualified candidate will have a successful track record of developing a sales territory and selling integrated system solutions in the Energy field.
- The exceptional candidate will have experience in broader industry fields including Cement, Steel, and EPC engagements.
- Strong record of successfully achieving capital equipment awards is key
- Engineering degree is required, ideally Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
