Job Description
The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Agents, Latin America - this role will be responsible for managing the end to end sales process (and team) throughout Latin America. Focusing on the execution of strategies to significantly increase agent market share of the Flywire Agent Solution and growth within the region.
- Working closely with the Director of Sales (LatAm and SEA) Education Agents, in the execution of strategies designed to increase agent sales growth and cross-selling opportunities
- Responsible for managing and strengthening existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth through cross-selling of our products and services; including International Payments and Overseas Student Health CoverÂ
- Act as the primary point of contact for the LatAm sales team, to work closely with the team to drive significant sales growth across the region
- Onboarding new agents/ training current agents via in person and virtual trainingsÂ
- Manage and build key internal and external stakeholder relationships to execute growth plans
- Present products and services to clients in an informative, educational, and consultative manner
- Present regional sales targets, plans, initiatives and strategies to senior managementÂ
- Attend conferences/ fairs throughout the region and represent Flywire with excellence
- Lead by example in the region and consistently demonstrate Flywire Values
- Work remotely & travel across Latin America is required
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, Management or equivalent
- 5+ years Past working experience in the International Education Market (Working with Education/migration agents or banking/ payment services will be a plus)Â
- Consistent record of achieving targets and strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products and services.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate who is a go-getter with a positive, can-do attitude
- Languages: Spanish/ Portuguese & English (essential).Â
