LABEL is looking for an Senior Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic professional Senior Sales Manager, distinguished by their tenacity, leadership, and professional integrity. This role will include lead generation, business development, data analytics, end-to-end sales, recruiting, training, development and sales management. This is a full time role in New York, New York reporting directly to the VP of Sales, with a base salary, commission, recruiting bonus, team bonus, clothing allowance, full benefits, and opportunities for future growth.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales
- Responsible for driving team revenue goals through both personal sales and team sales
- Build a self-sourced book of business through prospecting, and market to potential clients by email, social media, cold calling and other reputable platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop sales strategies with VP of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer in order to hit sales goals
- Set sales goals and create sales plans in cooperation with leadership so overall company goals are met quarterly
- Evaluate sales data and operating metrics to measure sales, identify issues and enhance performance
Sales Management
- Conducts short-term and long-term goals with team members focused on activity based selling through strategic planning
- Recruit “A Players” that are coachable, teachable and have the appropriate mentality needed for success in a direct sales role
- Train on all sales skills and custom clothing skills needed to build a book of business while ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business and low operating costs
- Maintain low team operating costs to ensure profitability and bottom-line revenue

Experience
- 3+ years of work experience or bachelors degree in related field required.
- Experience in retail management, direct sales or custom clothing sales desired
