This role sits at the center of a high-growth, data-driven sales organization, focused on turning complex operational data into actionable insights that directly shape revenue performance. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize sales processes, and enable more efficient decision-making across the business. Acting as a key analytical and operational resource, you will design scalable reporting frameworks, streamline Salesforce systems, and identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work. The environment is fast-paced and highly cross-functional, requiring both strong technical fluency and business acumen. Your insights will directly influence leadership decisions and help scale sales effectiveness as the organization grows. This is a highly visible role where analytical rigor and operational excellence translate into measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to define, track, and analyze key business KPIs, delivering insights that improve decision-making and sales performance.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks to provide leadership with real-time visibility into sales performance and pipeline health.
  • Own Salesforce administration activities, including reporting, dashboards, user management, data integrity, territory setup, and system optimization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency across sales operations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into sales performance trends, proactively surfacing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve forecasting, planning, and overall sales productivity through data-driven recommendations.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related analytical role within a high-growth or B2B environment.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and system administration.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with sales analytics or BI tools to extract insights from complex datasets.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to identifying problems and driving process improvements.
