Role Summary

Sophos is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be supporting the global organization, focusing on user access as well as reporting.Â
**Hybrid work arrangement - onsite once a month
What You Will Do
- Provides basic CRM training to reps
- Management of partner portal
- Analyze and clean CRM data by understanding Sophos' business
- Research and investigate data irregularities/anomalies
- Perform data cleanup measures
- Maintain requests according to the departments' practices with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Assist the manager with projects, as needed and perform other duties as assigned
- Easily identify and prioritize tickets according to the business needs
- Easily adapt to a very fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
- Proactively taking part in all Global Projects
- Person of contact that will provide updates
- Provide help on testing new processes before production implementation
What You Will Bring
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
- Preferably a Salesforce Certified Administrator or with equivalent work experience working in a Salesforce environment.
- Knowledgeable with Salesforce.Com CRM
- Knowledgeable with roles and hierarchies in Salesforce
- Knowledgeable in building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Knowledgeable in using Data Loader and Demand Tool and other data management tools
- Internal salesforce user management, providing correct permissions and access
- Basic or intermediate knowledge of Salesforce territory management
- Willing to work from 7PM to 4AM Manila.Â
