We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Deal Strategy and Operations team to work across our Channel Sales and Professional Service organizations. This is a cross-functional role that will hold significant influence over how to implement strategy and operations for our fast-growing GTM teams. We are looking for an ambitious and analytically oriented individual well-versed in implementing operational excellence. You will hold a significant opportunity to impact the success and growth of DataRobot for years to come.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing and managing scalable processes for our professional services and channel sales organizations.
  • Drive operational excellence in supporting day-to-day field operations for our professional service and channel sales organizations:
  • For professional services, this includes service project setup, engagement tracking, field enablement, and ongoing reporting.
  • For channel sales, this includes channel program management & enablement, workflow management within Salesforce, support of critical strategic GTM initiatives, and ongoing reporting.
  • Refine our core strategy by owning data-driven decisions with functional business leaders from our professional service and channel sales organizations.
  • Develop reporting, analytics, and presentation of key performance indicators to continuously inform all layers of our operating processes and strategic direction. Primary data sources are Salesforce and FinancialForce, with reporting in Tableau and Snowflake.
  • Drive quantitative review and analysis of KPIs and identify levers to improve efficiency and productivity across the business.
  • Translate business requirements to operational and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across our Sales, Finance, Deal Strategy, Product, and Business Engineering teams to successfully deliver on key operational initiatives.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, Management Consulting, FP&A, or other analyst roles.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills. Experiences using SFDC, Excel / Google Suite, Tableau, Snowflake, and other BI Tools.
  • High level of accountability for results; proven ability to take ownership and present results with confidence and thorough attention to details.
  • Problem-solver who enjoys understanding complex processes, articulating requirements, and driving solutions.
  • Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations
  • You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
