Reports ToDirector, Sales Operations
What You Will Be DoingIf you are excited to lead the charge in system and process improvements, then this is the perfect role for you.Â
- Analyze sales processes for inefficiencies, document, and develop necessary solutions.
- Write business requirements that clearly define the problem statement, pain points, to-be process and system and reporting requirements.
- Obtain Stakeholder approvals and ensure project is moving through project lifecycle
- Support the technical roll out of system enhancements and tools and UAT testing.
- Develop training materials to support implementation and adoption of new sales processes and system enhancements.
- Become highly familiar with all supported applications and business processes.
- Manage projects and deliverables in Jira and Confluence and produce & automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reporting.
- Perform additional sales operations duties and departmental coverage as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degreeÂ
- Minimum 3+ years working in a Sales Operations or in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience with managing projects in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ.Â
- Ability to create reports, dashboards and analyze data to assist in business decisions for key stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.Â
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced, complex high-tech environment.Â
- Ability to work across time zones in India, Europe, and USA (California)
- High energy and positive problem-solving skills
- Creative, flexible, and proactive to accomplish tasks on schedule.Â
- Experience working with sales teams and understand the lead to cash flow.
- Passion for learning and growth mindset.
- Great sense of humor, positive attitude, and the aptitude for learning new technologies, applications, and business areas.
