The Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Bodewell is responsible for building processes and procedures to drive initiatives of Bodewell, a new, external-facing growth channel for GE Appliances. Bodewell is focused on acquiring new owners and achieving lifetime loyalty through a seamless and integrated consumer experience. This role will focus on operationalizing our process framework for ecosystems through partnerships with new and existing customers within the Bodewell channel. This includes data analysis, reporting, project management, development, and execution of standard operating procedures for Bodewell Partnerships. They will work cross-functionally to leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to refine and refocus our processes in local, regional, and national markets. This role works closely with Bodewell's Principal Business Development Manager in the growth and facilitation of Bodewell Partnerships.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Responsible for executing, establishing, and refining standard operation procedures for existing partners and expansion efforts within Bodewell Partnerships.

  • Be a direct point of contact for Area Sales Manager to properly onboard Bodewell Partners and set them up for operational success
  • Work cross functionally with various business channels and Mirco-enterprises to build processes for program execution at the partner and franchisee level
  • Ensure all customer requirements and benefits associated with each project are realized
  • Work cross-functionally to execute solutions between internal business functions, enabling the team to meet project delivery commitments and move fast
  • Facilitate discussions between impacted business teams and appropriate business solutions architect to ensure all necessary SOPs are executed and training is conducted, prior to launch, to ensure smooth hyper-care and project handoff.
  • Manage partner database and provide weekly update on "where we stand" in current programs, pre-to-post launch
  • Leverage AI in role to drive efficiency.

Develop and maintain network of cross-functional relationships to drive the initiatives in Bodewell

  • Work closely with DT/Project Managers to develop data driven processes for program improvements and key learnings
  • Track project benefits and results, post-launch and compare to initial estimates to inform future priority decisions
  • Responsible partner onboarding, post commitment from customer, executing account set-up, maintenance, agreements, terms and conditions, and systems integrations
  • Work alongside internal and external partners and customers to facilitate proper integration of Bodewell Programs

Provide Analysis, Processes, and Problem Solve

  • Execute SOP's in each lane of partnerships that can be developed and utilized on a national scale
  • Leverage data to identify points of failure and opportunities that the initiative can continually evolve and improve
  • Deliver compelling presentations with proposed recommendations to enable leadership decision making

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5 years relevant professional experience, including 2 years in field sales experience.
  • Strong data analytics background with experience utilizing data to drive growth with partners and customers
  • Ability to truncate large amounts of information into a clear and concise manner
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally and with external organizations
  • Detail + process oriented
  • Strong networking skills
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed to fulfill the duties of the role, which will fluctuate based on business needs. Travel estimated at 25% of the time.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales, financial, or project management experience
  • Experience in finished durable goods
  • Self-starter who can spearhead an initiative with limited direction and embrace ambiguous situations with a problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work cross-functionally with teams to drive a project, process or otherwise from start to finish
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage creative thinking in conjunction with an analytical mindset; able to identify problems that may not be overt and bring solutions to the table
  • Ability to form and maintain strong relationships across internal and external colleagues and stakeholders
