About the role:

The Sales Operations Analyst is a critical member of the team supporting The Home Depot account. The team member in this role will be responsible for:

• Account management in SAP, including flooring execution, partner function maintenance, and error resolution• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting• Root cause analysis on compliance fines and providing solutions to avoid• Customer presentations• Delivery agent management for product deliveries and returns• Maintaining all aspects of direct-to-consumer inbound calendars and exceptions• Managing customer escalations to resolve any issues that may arise• Establishing relationships with external and internal customers• Working with warehousing, transportation, supply planning and inventory management to best service the customers• Perform complex ad hoc analysis and reporting as required

Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree preferred• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook• Proficiency in SAP preferred• Experience with root cause analyses preferred• Some travel required
