Job Category
As the Senior Manager of Sales Operations you will be the grease, glue, and gasoline responsible for working with Sales, Marketing/Demand Generation, BDR team, Account Management, and Learning and Development to scale, simplify, and accelerate sales. This position reports directly to the senior director of enterprise sales.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, monitor, and report on sales metrics.
- Identify, prioritize, scope, recommend, and implement solutions, processes, and best practices to improve sales efficiency.
- Maintain sales tools, technologies, and assets.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, guides, best practices, playbooks.
- Manage, collect, organize, distribute sales assets (flyers, 1 pagers, battlecards) and content including customer-facing assets (testimonials, podcasts, etc.)
- Report on broker deal revenue to accounting
- Manage SFDC Account and Contact Duplicate logic and tools (Clouddingo)
- Understand, monitor, and report on sales production stats (SFDC reports and dashboard, Tableau)
- Work with Marketing Operations Manager and Sales to deliver TAM to sales team and BDR
- Build and maintain new hire playbook - Manage and report on rep “Ups” for BDR and inbound leads
Experience
- 5+ years background in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
- 5+ years of administering SFDC (salesforce.com)
- Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze them, and turn them into actionable strategies.
- Experience navigating and administering our current and future sales enablement tools. (Salesforce, Dialpad (or similar), Outreach.io, Gong/Chorus) (Docusign, Tableau, MSFT Teams, Confluence experience a bonus.)
- Experience with reporting on trends in SFDC reports, dashboards, Tableau, Excel.
- Experience with documenting and capturing processes, to-dos, and trainings etc. (Preferably in Confluence.)
- Proven experience acting as a liaison between a variety of departments and stakeholders.
