Pendo is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager, Growth Initiatives.

Pendo has been rapidly scaling and is looking for a strategic and analytical leader to help unlock new levers of growth. Our Senior Sales Operations Manager, Growth Initiatives will partner with senior leadership across sales, marketing, partnerships, and product to discover, analyze, and operationalize potential growth opportunities. Sitting on the RevOps team, this Senior Sales Operations Manager will take on some of Pendo’s most challenging business problems. You will be asked to tackle unstructured problems and drive them to actionable business insights and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a bias to act, be a problem solver, and is enthusiastic about the opportunity to partner cross-functionally to build programs that will support a high growth, high efficiency company.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Take ownership of new growth areas that need to be operationalized within the business, including supporting new verticals (e.g., Public Sector), supporting our Partnerships strategy, and building GTM strategy for new products
  • Deliver data insights critical to understanding business performance and efficiency
  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders to develop thoughtful and innovative strategies to optimize performance and reduce operational costs
  • Define and deliver the go-to-market strategy for new products
  • Recommend and drive initiatives and tactics to improve performance and productivity across all growth channels
  • Work with cross-functional partners to understand requirements and drive joint projects

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting or B2B SaaS Ops/Strategy/Growth roles 
  • Experience presenting analyses and recommended actions to senior leadership 
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get things done
  • Aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, and data

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in Management Consulting and a high-growth SaaS company
  • Experience with Looker, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach and other tools
