Senior Sales Operations Representative (Hybrid)
Job Description
Job Summary (General Responsibilities):
Responsible for growing and supporting internal and external customers that drive and deliver growth to ensure the sales organization runs effectively and efficiently and supports business strategies and objectives for the Belkin, Phyn, and WeMo divisions. Additional responsibility and emphasis surrounding training and leadership within the department and organization.
Specific responsibilities include:
- The writing and implementation of department standard operating procedures
- Assist the department manager with training all new hires, including the sales teams
- Provide feedback and goal setting used for OKRs
- Responsible for shipment penalty disputes, resolution, and reporting
- Work cross-functionally to enhance manual processes for customers
- Attend all calls between sales and customers to provide better operational guidance
- Assist in the development and management of customers through operational excellence
- Assist the sales teams in achieving their sales growth plans through executing order management
- Manage, track, and analyze customer rebates through Salesforce
- Provide verbal and written communication responses to inquiries
- Analyze account health through cost-to-serve
- Prioritize and communicate daily customer needs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Prepare and identify gaps or risks in operational deficiencies
- Analyze data and distribute reports as required that help maximize profitability and mitigate the loss
- Accountable for the investigation, dispute, and mitigation of vendor compliance discrepancies and fines
- Collaborate with cross-functional team

- Experience working with Amazon and knowledge in vendor central
- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce
- Experience in Microsoft Suite of Programs with advanced skills in Excel
