The Senior Sales Recruiter will create strategic recruiting strategies to deliver high-performing talent. You will be a trusted advisor to Sales leaders and play a key role in executing our sales recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, drives the process with a sense of urgency, and values diversity. They take pride in their work and provide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
This is a remote-friendly position located in the United States.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to enhance the recruitment and interview process, maintaining strong expertise and data integrity within the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Build and manage the candidate pipeline through passive candidate sourcing, employee referrals, and personal networking
- Prioritize building diverse teams, ensuring a fair and equitable experience
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for each candidate, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process, and consistently providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Negotiate compensation, facilitate offer approvals, and prepare offers
- Support the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives
The experience you bring:
- 10+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years experience recruiting Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS organizatio
- Experience and proven history of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships
- Passion for providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
- Self-driven and skilled at operating with a sense of urgency
- Superior negotiating and closing skills and navigating complex offers
- Process orientation, self-organized and detail-oriented

- Experience in a high-growth tech environment

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position begins at $133,466 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
