About This Role: Â
The Senior Sales Representative role is responsible for finding new accounts, tracking all accounts in our CRM tool, initiating first contact, selling Novir’s value proposition and successfully closing the initial deal using the appropriate contracts and agreements.
In this position, you will be the face of Novir and build relationships with new clients, as well as act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of Onsite Health Solutions.

This role will include both a base salary along with a sales compensation plan.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, targeting and account planning to meet and exceed client acquisition targets
- Identify and engage with potential new customers through cold calls, emails, CRM tools, and networking; create email and cold call scripts for sales outreach
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through timely and professional verbal and written communication
- Explain technical service information to customers, and answer customer questions about Novir’s services
- Engage in activities that drive sales leads into the sales pipeline
- Achieve targets for pipeline development and prioritization based on established criteria
- Work with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns
- Work across the sales team to support others and help grow overall business with ideas, training, strategy, and customer preparation as required.
- Compile and enter information and data related to client and prospect interactions into Hub Spot CRM timely, consistently and with required amount of detail. Ensure information is entered and maintained in additional Company system(s) as required
- Be versatile and able to move between various sales projects, sometimes in the same day
- Work with other departments to coordinate the sales process
- Monitor client, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the Company’s Sales Management team
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators
Key Experience We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the senior living, scientific or healthcare industry
- Proven record of establishing goals and achieving results in sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong project management skills
- Conscientious, detailed-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
