Senior Sales Representative - Community Financial Institutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our digital banking platforms. You will work within our Financial Institutions vertical to identify and develop a strategic sales strategy for the Community Banking space specifically focused on digital banking. Array’s products live in the digital banking space; this is a highly critical role that will launch the community and digital banking practice and drive heavy revenue growth within our Financial Institutions vertical.
You Will:Â
- Cover territory across half of the country; target financial institutions and specifically focus on banks that can benefit from a stronger mobile or online banking experience for their retail consumers.
- Have expertise of the retail consumer base across all banks and the volume of digitally engaged users: lower (0-50,000 users), upper-middle (50,000 - 750,000 users), and Large Financial Institutions (LFI) (750,000+ users).
- Utilize your 5-7 years of experience in selling digital banking solutions to effectively communicate the value of Array’s products.
- Demonstrate experience selling and understanding digital banking rather than just core banking.Â
- Leverage your existing network within the community banking and credit union sectors, specifically with digital banking providers; you should have connections with professionals who have worked in Fintech and sold to financial institutions.
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales, supporting your own sales reps and building relationships with channel partners and sales representatives.
- Attend and actively engage in 6-8 industry conferences annually, demonstrating our company's presence and networking with potential clients.
- Work closely with our large team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to nurture and develop top-of-funnel leads.
- Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, operations, product, marketing, finance and other cross-functional teams.
You Have:Â
- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience selling into financial institutions, with a strong preference for community banks and credit unions.
- Demonstrated success in selling digital banking solutions, not just core banking systems.
- Existing network within the digital banking sector.
- Familiarity with channel partner sales and credit union sales.
Pay Transparency:Â
Salary Range: $121,000 - $151,000 (Base); this role will offer OTE.
