This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

This position is responsible for providing effective support services to the organization's sales force to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue by using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. The incumbent maintains positive relationships with internal and external contacts to achieve customer retention and may make product recommendations to clients. The incumbent utilizes broad knowledge to solve complex service issues and may provide guidance to entry level associates.

What you do

  • Delivers a wide range of support functions with internal and/or external sales partners.
  • Communicates by phone or written correspondence with potential/current customers or field partners to answer questions, resolve issues, and make recommendations.
  • Takes lead on situations that are complex while delivering solutions and guidance to customers.
  • Maintains a broad understanding of various insurance products, their features and limitations, and policy-related statements.
  • Monitors processes, identifies and resolves procedural or system related problems.
  • Provides guidance and training, and reviews the work of new or entry level associates.
  • Creates and analyzes database reports and makes advanced rate and calculation adjustments via spreadsheets.
  • Oversees sales support team workflow and makes recommendations or delegates tasks to achieve objectives.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years Related Experience required
  • Life and Health License required
