What you get to do: 

As a member of the Salesforce team, you will support a growing FinTech Environment, reporting to the Salesforce Admin Manager. Our FinTech platform is built on Salesforce including our Origination and Servicing flows. Using Salesforce as a Platform - we use Service Cloud, Einstein Bots, LWC, Platform Events, Live Agent, and much more. We are also focused on automation and working with the latest Salesforce technologies; we have implemented Git deployment pipelines, Sandbox Spinup automation, full automation regression, automated data snapshot testing, and are improving and rolling out new ways to improve our platform and development processes.   • Help design scalable, best practices solutions.
  • Build custom metadata and deploy using source control and deployment automation.
  • Partner with developers to integrate with custom code and APIs.
  • Partner with quality engineers and Product to troubleshoot issues and build test plans.
  • Work with other Salesforce admins and developers on developing features.
  • Partner with business operations, including our product organization, to turn requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver the best product for their needs.
  • We want you to grow your skills with us! Our team manages our own internal training, with budgets for classes, conferences, books, and materials.

What you will bring to the team

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator certification
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Translating requirements into technical solutions and able to recommend best practices solutions
  • Experience in change management and governance: Security orientation in everything you do
  • Well versed in technical documentation
  • Available and responsive to questions
  • Extensive experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
  • Release management experience
  • An interest in learning new things, from the business context, to new tools and technologies, to fundamentals of best configuration practices
  • Ability and experience in mentoring others
  • Experience with relational database schema design
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize the work

Job Level: Sr. Tech I

The minimum salary for this role is $105,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
