  What is a Senior Salesforce Administrator @ SpotHero?The Senior Salesforce Administrator implements, administers, and improves the enabling technologies used within and between the Marketplace teams (Sales, New & Emerging Business Lines, Supply Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Accounting), overseeing the creation of solutions for and between teams. The output of this role enables greater efficiency and effectiveness within end-users' day-to-day workflows. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is primarily focused on Salesforce administration, though also contributes to administration of our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and low-code integration and interface tools, especially but not limited to where these tools interact with Salesforce. The Senior Salesforce Administrator partners with the Senior Director, Marketplace Operations to determine prioritization of projects on the quarterly roadmap and ensures quality solutions ship smoothly and on time.
  What you will get to do:Â- Manage all Salesforce administration and development from architecture and solution design through system configuration–including maintenance and system upgrades/enhancements, network and system security, and data hygiene and integrity.Â
- Act as subject matter expert for all workflows that leverage Salesforce, maintaining thorough documentation of both the underlying work processes and the technical specification at play
- Gather information and translate business needs into functional requirements when building new and improving existing components of the Salesforce system
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement Manager to create SFDC training modules to ensure adoption of and adherence to internal best practices by Salesforce end users
- Perform preventative maintenance and, when necessary, determine the root cause of ongoing issues, and design appropriate solutions to resolve and prevent recurrence
- Create and implement a security strategy to safeguard the Salesforce system and its data; ensure appropriate end-user and integration access levels are appropriately designed, documented, and maintained.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of thorough, accessible technical and functional documentation for all Salesforce and Salesforce-connected solutions in the SpotHero wiki (Confluence)
- Use a criteria-based decision matrix to evaluate, select, and implement new solutions including those from within the Salesforce suite of Products as well as additional 3rd-party software solutions that integrate with Salesforce
- Continuing developing Salesforce knowledge and expertise by utilizing the Salesforce Trailhead training program and the acquire additional certifications in areas relevant to SpotHero's needs
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to more junior Salesforce Administrators

 What you bring:Â
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalentÂ
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator across multiple departments
- Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM201) is required, Advanced Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM211) is preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, with the ability to build solutions of intermediate and advanced complexity using custom apps and objects, formula fields, automations, custom interfaces, low-code automation flows, and other tools within and adjacent to Salesforce
- Proven ability to design and implement new enabling technology solutions and facilitate user adoption
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex business and technical requirements
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Database Design principles
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of leveraging REST APIs to access and use data
- Proficiency with Apex coding skills
- Proficiency with SQL
