The Role

Salesforce administrator to administer and maintain Salesforce.com platform. Includes the following typical responsibilities and tasks. This person will also be responsible for supporting team understanding and adoption of SFDC functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Maintaining Sales and Service Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Preparing reports for sales, accounting, and other departments.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 50+ users
  • Focus the organization's use of data towards what best serves the mission
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flows, approval processes, validation rules, etc.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations
  • Identify, install, upgrade, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange
  • Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages.
  • Plan for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects
  • Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system.

About You
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in independently troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, complex workflows, reporting, dashboards, and formula fields
  • Strong attention to detail, process and prioritization
  • Demonstrated track record of quickly learning new technical components and being able to generalize best practices from experience for use in a new environment
  • Strong ability to explain complex issues and discuss trade-offs of potential solutions in non-technical terms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Compensation

Base Salary: $115,000 + Bonus. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.

Other Cash Incentives: For many of our positions, other cash incentives are also available.
