What We Need:

We have achieved success as a company and team up until this point by being scrappy and resourceful as we raced to get Salesforce to an operational level. As we turn our sights to the latter half of this year and beyond we want to turn this functional product into a beautifully operating fine-tuned machine, like the vehicles we finance. That is where you come in. 

We are rapidly growing our user base as we internally expand to more areas within our company and need help processing stakeholder requests. Currently we are a team of 5, made up of a Manager, Product Manager, Developer, and two Senior Administrators and are looking to round this team out to 6 in the next few months. Drawing on your previous Salesforce training and experience, we will rely on you to bring a methodical, disciplined, and creative approach to the role as you support administrative and development tasks as well as meet with stakeholders and ensure their needs are addressed. We expect you to work closely with our team to support our efforts in becoming a household name in powersports lending.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute, Execute, Execute. There are a lot of initiatives in our backlogs that we are excited to get underway. Once you learn more about our organization you will be able to turn these amorphous ideas into tangible plans and begin building.

  • Partner with stakeholders within the company to improve and streamline our existing org by revisioning existing process builders and workflows. Build new initiatives from scratch to make the overall workflow run more smoothly.

  • Work with our team to produce training documentation for colleagues and customers. This helps us to keep on top of new developments and future Salesforce releases and enhancements. Continue to provide support and be a valuable source of knowledge after initial launch.

  • Be the leader on the team and guide the way. As a senior, we’ll be looking to you to help lead the way by mentoring junior admins

  • User Maintenance – Monitor and respond to support channels on a rotational basis to onboard new users, amend existing accounts, check system permissions on user profiles, restrict and open up data access and more.

  • Customize Reports/Dashboards/Views – Meet with stakeholders and build reports that create a wealth of information from data stored in Salesforce. A lot of time will be spent in the setup menu updating fields, amending Page Layouts, creating assignment rules and more

  • Data cleanups – Identify messy data inter and intra record, will also upsert/export data using Data import wizard, Data Loader etc.

  • Manage and support the daily, weekly, monthly administration activities to support the org - data integration, data quality & integrity, deduplication, error logs, user administration, backups, manage the environments, patching/updates, etc.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator, preferably in a fintech or startup, but not required.

  • Multi-project or multi-year experience working with Flows and an understanding of APEX

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning (this is a must!) Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred - ADM201 and ADM211. What other certs do you have? Impress us!

  • Proficient with Salesforce objects, layouts, workflows, formula fields, validation rules, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, logic formulas, and general programming concepts (loops, iteration, variables etc., OOP); solid understanding of SOQL.

  • Proven ability of owning a project end to end – engaging with stakeholders to delivering a product that meets their needs

  • Dynamic team player that can mentor others, but also capable of working independently on projects.

  • Experience with document templating (docusign), marketing automation solutions (pardot), and VoIP contact/call center solutions (Five9/Nextiva) preferred

  • Detail-oriented and love getting stuff done. We are a small team and have to produce accurately and quickly. Agile (Scrum) experience is nice to have.
