RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for our first Senior Salesforce Administrator. As the Senior Salesforce administrator you will have previous experience working for an SaaS company and knowledgeable in subscriptions and integrating go-to-market systems. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the Head of Sales Operations and will actively support a multitude of teams as the front-line day to day contact for reporting, analysis, deal and sales tools support.
The successful administrator must have the following skills:
- Experience in Salesforce process automation including Flow (Autolaunch & Screen), Process Builder, and Workflow rules
- Ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and mitigate data hygiene, automation, and integrations to ensure system quality
- Ability to simplify process complexity and offer elegant technical solutions that delight end users
- You care about working with talented, low-ego, overall good people
- Ability to communicate to different stakeholders and teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership
- Ability to encourage successful discovery sessions and drive engagement
- Ability to collaborate and synthesize “right-size” solution designs based on multiple stakeholder input
- Understand when to ask for help
- Ability to focus on what’s best for the company
- Ability to “run with the ball” and work through and clarify requirements and issue
- Serve as the trusted advisor and important resource for sales team for any questions relating to Salesforce, deal support and structure, sales tools and/or general ad-hoc requests
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and mitigate data hygiene, automation, and integrations to ensure that our systems run smoothly
- Partner with sales leadership to onboard and train all sales new hires in Salesforce and sales enablement tools
- Experience working remotely with widely distributed teams
- 3+ years’ SFDC configuration and automation experience
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin preferred)
- Working knowledge of Sales Automation and go-to-market systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hubspot, Gong, and Outreach, and contract creation tools
- Strong understanding and maintenance of Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Previous technical debt experience, ideally experience cleaning up old Salesforce orgs (deprecating fields, analyzing usage across the platform, etc.
- Design, implement, enhance and maintain applications, primarily on the Salesforce platform
- Ability to analyze business requirements and present solution design recommendations that drives consensus
- Ability to document solution requirements including requirements, assumptions, risks, process flows, and data models
- Ability to unit test, validate data, and support stakeholder testing as part of the release process
- Ability to document and manage reliable release processes to release code between development, testing, and production environments
- Operational understanding of APEX code, debugging, and batch processing approaches
- Integration experience using OAuth, API, B2B Ecosystem Integration (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, etc)
- LWC (Lightning Web Components) and/or VisualForce Components
- Heroku
