What's the opportunity? 🤔

We are looking for a proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Go-to-Market Systems Team. In this role you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining and supporting all things with our Salesforce instances as well as other tech stacks integrated to it. We’re looking for someone who will help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, recommend and design scalable best practice solutions in particular on Sales Cloud. By nature, you're a problem solver and excited to improve the experience that impairs our sales / marketing / support processes. Your favorite days are the ones where you helped someone solve a technical issue or improve the system overall. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives to quickly identify areas of improvement. You should also have the ability to uncover deficiencies in our systems, escalate them properly, and work with other GTM team members to devise long-term solutions.  

What will I be doing? 🚀
  • Proactively identifies key issues & opportunities for improvement using declarative / configurable solutions within complex business processes and on our highly customized Salesforce systems.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze the organization's sales process and workflows to identify areas of improvement especially on Sales Cloud. Implement changes and optimizations to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and revenue generation.
  • Working closely with our Salesforce architect, assess the impact of new requirements on sales end users, including core technologies and processes, and all upstream and downstream connected applications and integrations
  • Proactively address system errors and identify opportunities for technical debt remediation to increase the stability and performance of Salesforce.
  • Document schemas, structures, and processes in a digestible way.
  • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the systems, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution; Triage support, and incident requests within an established SLA
  • Provide support on Salesforce issues including availability, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Get deeply acquainted with other Sales/Marketing/Support stack (Salesloft, Docusign, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari, Zoominfo, and others) to understand how our stakeholders use each tool.
  • Partner with Business Systems Analysts and Engineers to debug and diagnose complex defects, conduct root cause analysis, and make resolution recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and make recommendations on solutions and enhancements to the system.
What skills do I need? 📖
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator 
  • 5+ years of hands on experience as a Salesforce administrator with an emphasis on Sales Cloud
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce functionality and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability on flow building and is well-versed in other declarative solutions
  • Experience with 3rd party tools such as Clearbit, LeanData, Clari, Zoominfo, Zuora, Docusign, Conga and any integrated sales tools etc.
  • Detail oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Experience with source control tools such as Gitlab / GitHub. 
  • Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD automation and release management tools like Gearset/Copado.

  • Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Certified Sales Cloud Consultant 
  • Experience or drive to troubleshoot issues involving Apex within Salesforce
  • Sales, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops Experience

*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

The base salary for candidates is targeted at $132,800 - $179,700 in Colorado, $140,600 - $190,300 in Washington, and San Francisco Bay Area is $156,200 - $211,400. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
