Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform, ensuring its functionality, customization, and optimization to meet the needs of our organization. This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement best practices, streamline processes, and drive user adoption. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support and training to users.
Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, data integrity, and API management.
  2. Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and workflows, to optimize user experience and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with product management team to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations and enhancements in Salesforce.
  4. Develop and maintain low code automation processes using Salesforce tools, such as Process Builder and Flow to streamline business processes and workflows.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, including resolving issues, investigating errors, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  6. Lead and participate in Salesforce system upgrades, releases, and enhancements, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to users.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications as needed.
  8. Stay informed about Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates, and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations to maximize the platform's effectiveness.
  9. Create documentation and resources to support user adoption and proficiency in Salesforce.
  10. Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with data protection regulations, implementing measures to address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and administration.
  3. Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and customization capabilities.
  5. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and complex reports.
  6. Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
  7. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Components Framework preferred.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions.
  9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate productive discussions and decision-making.
  10. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thriveΒ in a fast-paced environment.
