Location: Salt Lake City, UTÂ Or any of the NICE US office locations.

​The Senior Salesforce Administrator will help maintain and drive enhancements to our Salesforce platform and ensure uninterrupted ability to provide customer quotes through the administration of the Salesforce CPQ system. The candidate must have hands-on administration and configuration skills with the latest Salesforce releases, the ability to handle first-level user support/training requests, and experience designing advanced reports and dashboards. They must have a sales and service-oriented mindset and a passion for learning, working with, and evangelizing the Salesforce platform.Â

A Typical Day Might Include the Following:Â

- Own the architecture and design of the Salesforce CPQ system. Perform administrative tasks including configuration of products, product rules, price rules and other parts of Salesforce CPQ.Â
- Maintain the project queue in Salesforce and streamline product go-to-market process within Salesforce.Â
- Perform ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, automation, and data integrity).Â
- Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for product related projects, processes (such as: Product Launch, Product Escalation, Enhancement Requests, Beta Program, Pricing Analysis, product-focused systems administration, and End of Life).Â
- Maintain reporting and dashboards within Salesforce. Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and optimize the user experience related to reports and dashboards.Â
- Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts.Â
- Help drive end-user adoption of Salesforce through documentation, support and training of new and current employees.Â
- Establish and maintain data quality through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting. Salesforce user administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, role assignments and profile management, etc.Â
- Maintain data quality through ongoing data analysis, record de-duplication, and other related tasks, and identify and implement process improvements that contribute to improved data quality.Â
- Provide first-level support to the sales, marketing, service, finance, and operations teams, including issue identification and issue resolution/escalation.Â
- Design and implement custom objects and advanced functionality, based on project roadmap and strategic initiatives.Â
- Evaluate and implement third party solutions and app exchange packages based on project need or business request.Â
- Identify and evaluate new features and functionality related to the Winter, Spring, and Summer release management schedule provided by Salesforce.Â
- Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual & quarterly goals.Â
- Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.Â

Required Education, Experience, and Specific Job-Related SkillsÂ

- ​Bachelor's Degree from 4 Year accredited College/University, or equivalent experience.Â
Experience Requirement:Â

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce AdministrationÂ
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ AdministrationÂ
- Salesforce Administrator CertificationÂ
- Salesforce CPQ CertificationÂ
Experience Preferred:Â
Â
- Demonstrated proficiency in user security, profile and role management, custom objects, workflow and validation rules, email templates, formulas, dashboards & reporting.Â
- Must be experienced Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point.Â
- Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Â
- Able to meet deadlines, communicate delays, clarify ambiguous situations.Â
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly.Â
