As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. We are looking for a highly capable senior-level Salesforce admin to ensure that Engrain capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and managing integrations with other business systems such as NetSuite, Workfront, Asana, and Workato. Prior experience with some or all of those is a plus.
To ensure success in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration (including Experience Cloud), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a team of four other admins, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You'll frequently be required to meet with stakeholders throughout the organization to gather requirements, and would typically work on multiple projects simultaneously. So you'll need excellent time management skills.
What you'll do...

• Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
• Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data
• Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
• Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
• Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
• Preparing reports for sales and other departments
• Manage other non-Salesforce business systems such as Workfront, Asana, and Workato

Requirements
What you offer us...

• You've earned either your Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
• You have 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin in a similar environment (midsize enterprise, team of 4-5)
• You're proficient in:
  • Administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including Experience Cloud
  • Creating, refactoring, and maintaining Salesforce databases
  • Translating business requirements into business solutions
  • Interpersonal communication, critical thinking, working in a team, and handling complex situations
• You're knowledgeable in:
  • Creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of [$100,000 to $130,000]. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
