Senior Salesforce Administrator (CPQ)

Due to rapid growth OneTrust is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator - CPQ. This person will have ownership of quote-to-cash processes in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, from Opportunity generation to Closed Won, and the quoting process in between. 

• Handle core Salesforce administration including custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages
• Understand the goals of stakeholders in Sales teams and scope, prioritize and configure Salesforce processes to progress them 
• Evaluate the scalability of proposed configuration changes
• Support advanced Salesforce requests and escalated administrative needs of users
• Oversee data quality of the system and set the testing criteria for releases 
• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate
• 24/7 ownership and resolution of Salesforce system issues and outages

• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and maintain good working relationships with them 
• Ability to help translate customer requirements into SFDC configuration 
• Mastery of Salesforce Flows 
• Mastery of Salesforce Process Builders 
• Mastery of writing Salesforce Validation Rules & Formulas 
• Ability to build change sets and deploy new configuration without errors in Production 
• Ability to quickly resolve user error inquiries on own 

• Education - Bachelor’s degree required 
• Certification - Admin 201 Certification, Platform App Builder
• Minimum 7 years of experience being a SFDC Administrator 

• Experience working at a startup 
• Experience working with executives/C-suite 
• Past background in customer service, sales, support or account management
