Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator / Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

High visibility position leading management of salesforce projects and enhancements. Manage initial evaluation and determination of project viability in the NCR Salesforce instance. Develop and manage project scope and requirements in coordination with our IT business partners. Responsible for tracking attainment of project milestones and communicating to Industry stakeholders.

• Collaborate with various internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure that the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
• Manage the development of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, stakeholder requirements and company goals
• Interact directly with stakeholders as necessary to analyze project objectives and business needs
• Participate in design, development, testing and documentation of scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform optimizing declarative functionality as needed to support a successful project outcome
• Oversee the creation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all project requests
• Communicate with stakeholders and developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project including identification of project risk
• Reviews deliverables prepared by the IT team before passing to stakeholder
• Act as a key contact for stakeholder communication during the project lifecycle including weekly project updates

Basic Qualifications

• 6 + years of experience with Salesforce administration
• SFDC Advanced Administration Certification.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision
• Excellent organizational skills & detail oriented
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
