You will help to empower our product development teams in maintaining our Salesforce orgs. The Senior Salesforce Administrator/Engineer is responsible for maintaining salesforce orgs including but not limited to the following: Implementation of salesforce best practices, sandbox refreshes, deploying changes to Production, troubleshooting complex production issues, maintaining salesforce reports and dashboards, other declarative salesforce configurations.

What you'll do:

• Serve as primary administrator for multiple orgs.
• Work closely with agile development teams.
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routing tasks.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Perform environment refreshes while ensuring they are done appropriately.
• Identify and recommend the automation of various functionalities in the Salesforce delivery process.
• Develop deep familiarity with all assigned products
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage release operations for assigned products and teams.
• Maintain salesforce backup.
• Perform environment planning, provisioning, and management required to support the releases Develops and maintains documentation of the build/release process.
• Develop custom code using Visualforce, APEX, Java and other technologies to build customized solutions supporting business initiatives/processes.
• Implement best practices by developing, refining, iterating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions.
• Integrate salesforce.com with other systems

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration and Development (including but not limited to managing sandboxes, users, security, standard objects, process builders; how to use change sets and their limitations; etc.)
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Strong data management abilities.
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
• Experience with Bitbucket or other source control tools.
• Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment is preferred.
• Minimum 1/3+ years of at least one programming language, such as Java, C#, PHP, Apex
• Minimum 1/3+ years of experience with web services (SOAP or REST)
• Ability to work independently or on a team
• Salesforce Administration and/or Developer certifications are preferred.
• Salesforce lightning experience is a plus.
