Senior Salesforce Architect

Brief Summary of the role:

Copado, a leading DevOps platform for Salesforce and other enterprise technologies, is seeking a seasoned Sr Salesforce Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and guiding the development of complex Salesforce solutions within the Copado ecosystem, helping shape the future of DevOps for Salesforce and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce architecture across Copado's product suite, including Copado Essentials, Copado CI/CD, and the Copado DevOps Platform.
• Drive Salesforce best practices for architecture, CI/CD processes, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and innovation in AI-driven agent technologies like AgentForce.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce architectural standards and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Implement and oversee Salesforce metadata management, SFDX-based CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation using Salesforce DX.
• Design and execute scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring smooth integrations with complex enterprise systems.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, AI technologies, and emerging trends in DevOps and enterprise automation.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience working on Salesforce implementations.
• 3+ years working as a Salesforce Architect with hands-on experience designing complex solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations with external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata management, source-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX.
• Proven experience with complex integrations involving RESTful APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven technologies such as AgentForce and their application in Salesforce environments.
• Experience with Git version control, modern DevOps methodologies, and agile development practices.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like Heroku, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
