As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Required skills:
• 10+ years of salesforce platform, Hands of BA/salesforce admin/Integration experience, good communication skills, SDLC processes, Sales & Service cloud.
• Partner with business engagement lead who manages the BA/Scrum master resources and responsibilities to deliver and manage operational roadmap.
• Interact with business stakeholders along with business engagement lead and architect to review roadmap/prioritization, review solution options and coordination cross functional implementation.
• Provide functional solution options and hands of BA/salesforce admin/configuration options.
• Hands on functional and Salesforce admin knowledge for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
• Good communication skills
• 10+ years of salesforce platform expertise.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes, methodologies including security and compliance aspects of delivery and platform management.
