Board is searching for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join the Global Sales and Marketing team to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
The Senior Salesforce Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure successful deployment and maintenance of Salesforce applications, and drive business growth through innovative Salesforce capabilities. This role is critical in maintaining compliance, data integrity, and best practices while mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic planning. This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.
Responsibilities:Β
- Collaborate with the project Architect to understand overall solution design.
- Define use cases and requirements, build out declarative aspects of solutions, and author supporting documentation.
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions leveraging extensive Salesforce expertise.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure successful deployment and maintenance.
- Maintain compliance, data integrity, and best practices in Salesforce applications.
- Understand and implement the End-to-End Lead to Cash Lifecycle.
- Implement product and price rules in Salesforce CPQ.
- Manage CPQ processes such as Upsell, Downsell, product swap, cancellation, and auto-renewal scenarios.
- Expertise in Salesforce Opportunity Management and Order Management modules.
- Execute at least one full lifecycle of Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features, especially Lightning.
- Document current and future state business processes to assist users in understanding changes and impacts.
What We Look For:Β
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Mulesoft Composer.
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Opportunity Management and Order Management modules.
- Hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation as a techno-functional expert.
- Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and languages such as C++, JS, Apex, SwiftUI, Java, HTML/CSS, LWC, NodeJs, PostgreSQL, SQL, SOQL querying, ReactJS, etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and Netsuite CRM Finance module is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Admin / Advanced Admin
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer Level 1
- Sales/Service/Community Cloud
