• Master of Configuration: Expertly manage and administer the Salesforce CPQ landscape, using your skills to configure and customize the system for optimal performance.

• Architect of Pricing Spells: Craft, optimize, and maintain complex product configurations, pricing strategies, and quoting processes within the Salesforce CPQ realm, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Sorcerer of Issue Resolution: Use your talents to troubleshoot and resolve system-related challenges, ensuring a seamless experience for users and stakeholders.

• Innovation Enchanter: Drive enhancements, upgrades, and the implementation of new features to adapt to evolving business needs, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience that showcases your expertise in Salesforce CPQ administration.

• Possess 4+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining robust Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals solutions, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the platform's capabilities.

• Hold certifications that validate your expertise, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.

• Demonstrate an expert grasp of CPQ pricing waterfall dynamics, intricate price rules, complex product rules, approval chains, and the entire spectrum of CPQ components.

• Bring experience in designing and meticulously documenting new business, amendment, and renewal requirements, tailoring workflows to meet the unique demands of SaaS companies.

• Translate intricate technical designs into streamlined and efficient CPQ product configurations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Analyze business challenges and feature requests, offering innovative solutions that optimize processes, enhance maintenance, and drive operational efficiency.

• Play a crucial role in the testing and validation process for product configurations and developed features, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and business needs.

• Showcase a proven track record of customizing the platform to cater to user requirements, from designing custom fields and objects to creating layouts and harnessing automation capabilities like platform automation, flows, and rules.

• Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and formula logic to empower data-driven decision-making.

• Demonstrate your experience in working closely with Salesforce developers or external consultant teams to implement configurations that streamline and expedite internal quote creation processes.

• Possess a clear understanding of the Lead-to-Revenue process within Salesforce, encompassing the journey from Lead-to-Quote to Quote-to-Cash, contributing to comprehensive platform alignment.
