We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Architect to build and maintain flexible systems that scale and empower employees to operate with excellence as the firm grows wisely. You will report to the GTM Systems Lead and serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the GTM organization. The ideal candidate has proven experience developing and embedding clear, predictable, and scalable data and technology ecosystems that support a blended revenue model.
This position requires outstanding consultative and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and an ability to translate business requirements into technical system requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented, operational efficiency approach to the job and have the skills, influence, and experience to optimize Salesforce processes. Your efforts will empower our GTM organization to operate efficiently, effectively, and smartly as we scale our business in the years ahead.
Responsibilities- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to document their goals and pain points in Salesforce as well as our ecosystem of integrations and installed packages, then break requirements down into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement by eliciting user feedback, proactively diagnosing opportunities for improvement, championing automation, and building a scalable customer-centric approach to capturing requirements, battle-testing solutions, and stewarding documentation and enablement
- Build and maintain custom applications on the SFDC platform, including data models, business logic, user interface, and workflows. Steward flexible and secure user management and provisioning that moves at the speed of the business while protecting customer and firmwide data.
- Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions for Level Access teams using Salesforce CRM.
- Design and maintain Salesforce CPQ functionality: products, price books, price rules, product rules, quotes and order forms.
- Design and implement complex automation solutions leveraging Flow as well as Apex if required
- Manage special system projects for the revenue team and SFDC-related projects; overseeing project execution, coordination, communication, and tracking project initiatives to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable user stories and think through optimal solutions
- Ability to operate autonomously with demonstrated experience, knowledge, and expertise within SaaS / Enterprise Software
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, owning multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to lead through influence, you use your excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills to communicate sophisticated system concepts and requirements to diverse audiences
- Passion for designing processes that scale

- Strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
- A degree in business / systems (Business Analytics, Operations Management, Programming or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience in or on RevOps or BizOps /Systems teams in a fast-growing company
- Salesforce Administrator Certified required
- Proven experience in Salesforce native features such as complex flows, permissions, roles, formulas
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot APEX
- Ability to articulate process changes and improvements up and down the organization
- Proven record of project and program management skills
