As a Senior Salesforce Developer supporting our dynamic team, you will be trusted to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions at México City.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrating Salesforce with other internal and external applications.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce applications.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensuring data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive solutions.
• Upholding code quality standards and Salesforce best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
