Information Security Responsibilities

• Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
• Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Flows. Salesforce certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC components.
• Customize and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Implement business process automation using Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
• Design custom user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Manage deployment processes using Change Sets, VS Code, Workbench, and Dataloader.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing Salesforce configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components).
• Experience with Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
• Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Workbench, Dataloader, and VS Code.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud.
