Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the implementation and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom app building, Apex, and Lightning framework.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages for custom functionality and user interface enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Develop and optimize Apex code, triggers, and batch processes for data manipulation and business logic implementation.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to streamline business processes.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities in Salesforce environments.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and ensure system stability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning framework.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration options.
Experience with Salesforce integration techniques using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Advanced skills in writing and optimizing Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
Experience in using version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing Salesforce code and metadata.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Agile Accelerator.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes effectively.
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
