Position Description: Hours: 40 hrs per wk.

9:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Involved in many different phases of an application's lifecycle and will work closely with different business units within internal business departments to create better business processes and more effective customer experiences; engage with non-technical team members and use analytical skills to understand business needs, translate them into specific technical requirements, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations; specifically, this includes coding, such as refactor legacy code and test coverage, develop and deploy changes using version control, lead software development independently, typically in a defined highly complex project, utilize bulkified Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, Future Apex, Apex Test Classes, and develop system requirements and business processes, codes, tests, debugs, and implements software solutions, as well as develop recommendations on process improvements; designing and analysis, such as to make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, and reporting, and conducting a wide range of highly complex quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that the software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements; code reviews for his juniors, such as to perform code review with other developers; and discovery and planning, such as determining and making recommendations on software design requirement & best practices.
