Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications
• Design and implement solutions within various Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, and Community
• Integrate third-party systems with Salesforce using secure authentication methods
• Optimize Salesforce applications for maximum efficiency and scalability
• Ensure data integrity and security across all Salesforce instances
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Salesforce environments
• Participate actively in Agile development cycles and team meetings

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations
• Extensive experience with primary Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and their applications
• Experience integrating registration forms with secure sign-in systems such as OKTA
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative work culture
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and their application in project management
• Fluent in English with communication skills at a B2 level or higher

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and its specific functionalities
• Knowledge of advanced Salesforce automation tools
• Expertise in customizing Salesforce mobile applications for enhanced user engagement
