Location: United States (NY, NJ, PA, MI, NC, SC, FL, GA, TX)

Compensation: $180,000-$220,000

What you will do:

• Design and build solutions to support existing and new functionality for our loan origination and servicing platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX specialists to translate business and UI requirements into technical implementation specifications.
• Perform hands-on development leveraging Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, taking into account best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, limitations, and industry-specific considerations (e.g. regulatory compliance, security guidelines, etc.)
• Review code contributions across the team and suggest ways to improve and optimize the platform.
• Build custom API integrations with external vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with in-house AQA teams to predictably ship quality products.
• Utilize industry software delivery lifecycle best practices and methodologies to deliver high-quality features and products.
• Engage with the larger SF developer community. Maintain awareness of the platform roadmap and new products/technologies released by Salesforce.

What you Should Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with APEX, LWC, and Flows
• Experience in managing sandboxes, external libraries, and data repositories
• Knowledge and ideally hands-on experience with Chatter, Communities, Einstein.
• Hands-on experience with various integration patterns (e.g., SSO, REST, YAML, etc.)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is nice to have.
• Previous experience building financial products using Salesforce is a plus.
• A Salesforce evangelist – someone who will promote the platform across our organization.
