Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: 333 W Wacker Drive, Suite 1800, Chicago, IL 60606
Job Description: Research, design, and develop specialized software, including developing software solutions, updates, and enhancements. Use Salesforce.com architecture components, including hands on knowledge to build business processes using Salesforce flows and process builder. Use Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and perform integration of Salesforce with external applications. Use Salesforce programming with Apex, SOQL, SOSL,VisualForce, and APIs, including use of Apex Triggers, Controllers, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Component, and Lightning Messaging Service Supervise others in and participate in recommending, implementing, testing, and deploying Apex classes and triggers. Control the adaptability of API’s for integration of information and processes so data flows to 3rd party application and G/L. Design & implement web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc. Work with non SF developer and data team. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions; couple with the Training Department to deliver training and communication to business users. Test and QA changes to Salesforce in sandbox and production deployments. Automate workflow. Supervise others in implementation of integration APIs (SOAP, REST). Use GraphQL (Apollo GraphQL) to write mutation queries. Provide technical assistance to the product team and other developers. Participate on a daily basis in Coding, Code Reviews, gather Business Requirements and provide Technical Solution approaches, deliver and run in one week sprints. Coach / mentor junior members on the team. Must possess certification in Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or higher. Telecommuting / remote work permitted.
Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related.
Experience Requirement:Â 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Developer or related
Alternate Requirements: In lieu of a master's degree plus one year of experience, will accept a bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in the same fields.
Special Skills: Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Must possess certification in Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or higher; 2) Use Salesforce programming with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, VisualForce, and APIs, including use of Apex Triggers, Controllers, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Component, and Lightning Messaging Service; 3) Use Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and perform integration of Salesforce with Docusign, Conga, Simon, Twilio, Qualtrics, Five9, and AWS, including experience with other Managed Packages like Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and CloudCraze; and 4) Use GraphQL (Apollo GraphQL) to write mutation queries.
Salary: $135,000-$158,400
