We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about Salesforce administration and development, particularly with a focus on CPQ+ and Lightning Experience Components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions, as well as deep expertise in Salesforce Advanced Approvals. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Salesforce platform and supporting our business objectives.
What you'll do:
Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ+ solutions to support our sales processes and drive efficiency.Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ+ to meet the specific needs of our organization, including but not limited to pricing, quoting, and product configuration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.Develop and maintain Lightning Experience Components to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.Implement and optimize Salesforce Advanced Approvals to automate approval workflows and ensure compliance with company policies.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ+ and related integrations, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.Stay current on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our Salesforce platform.Mentor and coach junior Salesforce administrators and developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster team growth.What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferredMinimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a focus on CPQ+ and Lightning Experience Components.Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ+, including configuration, customization, and pricing methodologies.Extensive experience with Salesforce Advanced Approvals, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.Hands-on experience developing Lightning Experience Components using Aura and/or LWC.Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security best practices.Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.Experience in the SaaS software industry is a plus.About Everbridge
