Senior Salesforce Developer

GROUNDFLOOR is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who will play a key role in architecting our Salesforce environment and be involved with integrations and in all cases where custom development is needed. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with our lending and engineering teams.

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF:

• You are a Salesforce developer with 5+ years experience configuring, customizing, designing and building Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment
• You have knowledge of Salesforce best practices related to integrations, development, automation, security, and release management
• You are a great listener with the ability to connect with people in diverse roles

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Optimize and manage Salesforce including but not limited to fields/relationships, workflow rules, process builders, flows, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons/links, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and sharing rules
• Assess, define, implement and clearly communicate Salesforce architectures (e.g., systems, processes) to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
• Support quality assurance planning and test execution
• Monitoring and managing complex integrations to ensure users are seeing accurate data
• Work on a product engineering team to create and enhance the lending products for Groundfloor

Requirements

A FEW NICE TO HAVES:

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems (ETL, REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design
• Expertise troubleshooting within Salesforce (Debug Logs, Flow Errors, CPU/SOQL limits)
