The Senior Salesforce Developer I will work with developers, software development engineers in test (SDETs), lead engineers, product managers, and project managers to plan, design, code, and test functionally. This role works on every level of the technology stack, from the User interface and services to business logic and data access. The Salesforce Developer delivers sophisticated product features to our clients by providing open-source development knowledge and experiences to the product team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops full-stack Software as a service (SaaS) applications using a variety of server, web, and mobile technologies.

• Works within a SCRUM agile process with two-week sprints.

• Participates in regular stand-up meetings, planning sessions, and other collaborative meetings.

• Engages with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver robust solutions that meet our customers’ needs and surpass their expectations.

• Contributes to all aspects of the development process: planning and estimation, writing code, creating automated tests, maintaining Continuous integration(CI) builds and environments, deploying solutions, and supporting production systems.

• Collaborates with the team to build effective user interfaces and highly engaging user experiences.

• Maintains and increases proficiency in all relevant technologies by means of peer education, self-study, and training, if offered.

• Proficient in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Software as a Service (SaaS), Web Services, Web Services Description Language(WSDL), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Representational State Transfer (REST) and Remote Procedure Call (RPC), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Microservices, and Web Content Management Technologies.

Minimum Work Experience

• 5+ years’ experience developing on the Salesforce platform

• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce, including REST services and/or Batch Apex

Work Environment / Physical Requirements 

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

Pay Rate$116,000 - $138,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
