Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization.
• Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, Lightning components, and integration with other third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful Salesforce projects.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good level of English.
• Good level of French (Nice-to-have).
