If so, we want you on our team! As a Senior Salesforce Developer Architect, you will lead the charge in designing and implementing state-of-the-art Salesforce solutions that drive our success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Innovate: Architect and deploy scalable, secure Salesforce applications that set industry standards.
• Develop & Customize: Create custom Experience Cloud solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Platform Events to meet unique business needs.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to decompose requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor & Grow: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, Triggers, and Platform Events.
• Engineering Excellence: Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• CI/CD Knowledge: Experience with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.

Minimum Salary: $120,000 | Maximum Salary: $140,000
