Senior Salesforce Engineer

Everlaw is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. The Enterprise Technology Team is a new team at Everlaw (a start-up within a start-up!) whose mission is to create an integrated suite of enterprise systems and technologies that drives efficiency, provides on-demand business insights, and facilitates seamless, sensible, process flows. As the Sr. Salesforce Engineer, you’ll be essential to the success and evolution of the Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you’ll bring your creativity, problem-solving ability, and technology expertise to help build the foundation for a scalable, best-in-class technology platform fitting for a growing company like Everlaw.

This is a full-time position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.

In your role, you'll...

• Design, development, and maintenance of SFDC CPQ application. Develop and maintain technical design documents.
• Customize and configure Salesforce, including designing custom objects, fields, layouts, flows, and validation rules
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features, including Service Console, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Live Agent, Omni-Channel, and more
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, applications, and data sources using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices, capabilities, and industry trends
• Support technical needs of field sales so they can successfully close deals

About you

• You have 8+ years of previous Salesforce Scripting/Development experience with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and overall CPQ functionality. 
• You have a strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including product catalog, pricing, quotes, contracts, and billing.
• You are well-versed with Apex code, Custom Objects, Flow, Custom Fields, and Validation Rules
• You have experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components
• You have programming expertise using one or more of the languages such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, or Java.
• You have experience with Enterprise integration architectures such as SOAP, RESTful, ETL, and APIs
• You have experience creating/updating system documentation, including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases and deployment plans as needed for the engagement.
• You have 2+ years of experience with Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi or other integration platforms
• You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring F-1 visas, including OPT, for this role.

• The expected salary range for this role is between $170,000 - $210,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
