Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot capabilities, driving innovative marketing campaigns and exceptional customer experiences.


The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Calabasas, CA is $120,000 to $130,000. This role is designated to be in office full-time at our Corporate headquarters in Calabasas, CA. This role is intended to be Exempt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot Expertise: Manage and optimize the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot. Keep updated with new features and apply best practices to improve our marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
  • Marketing Cloud Email Personalization: Design, implement and troubleshoot basic AMPscript for content personalization in emails. Set up emails to use Dynamic Content and personalized journeys. Create A/B testing for personalization effectiveness.
  • Client Data Segmentation: Manage the implementation of a client and property taxonomy to facilitate the segmentation of email recipients with greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Interactive Email Elements: Incorporate interactive elements in personalized emails using Marketing Cloud and Salesforce to improve engagement and the customer experience.
  • Sophisticated Client Journeys: Craft and oversee intricate client journeys, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience across various channels. Analyze customer interactions to refine these journeys continuously.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the creation and management of diverse marketing campaigns across channels like email, social media, and digital platforms. Ensure they align with the broader marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Landing Page & Email Optimization: Design and implement high-conversion landing pages and email templates using HTML and CSS. Apply A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to maximize effectiveness.
  • Email Deliverability Management: Oversee email deliverability, implementing strategies to maintain high open and click-through rates. Address any deliverability issues promptly and effectively.
  • Data Analysis & Advanced Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Create comprehensive reports to track ROI and key performance indicators.
  • Social Media Integration: Manage the integration of social media platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot. Develop strategies to enhance social media engagement and track social media campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration & Skill Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams. Provide mentorship and training on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot functionalities to enhance team competencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
  • General Knowledge of AMPscript, Subscriber Data and Data Extensions.
  • Advanced skills in HTML and CSS for email and landing page design.
  • Proven track record in customer journey mapping and email marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in data analytics and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot certifications.
  • Proficiency in integrating and leveraging social media within marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other compliance regulations.
